Join us for a wellness experience where movement and mindfulness meet art. Led by C. J. Wade of You Matter Massage & Wellness, this session will introduce participants to the rhythmic and expressive practice of stepping, creating rhythms and visual patterns through the body. Blending guided movement with meditative messaging, this experience draws on South African Gumbo stepping’s roots in communication, confidence, and connection. Designed for all levels, this program encourages participants to move, reflect, and experience the Museum in a restorative way.
