The Heroes & Villains: The Art of the Disney Costume exhibition is making its Southeast debut! We'll be showcasing original costumes from Disney's live-action films — Mary Poppins, Cinderella, Maleficent, Jack Sparrow, and more. In addition to displaying these iconic looks, we are diving into the inspiration and creative process behind these costumes, from the first sketches to the final stitches. 

About Your Tickets:

• This window will allow you to purchase tickets for the month of August. To review ticket options for another month, return to the Disney Exhibition menu tab above and select your preferred month.
• Your tickets are good for the full hour window you will select. 
• You may arrive at any time during that hour. 
• If you arrive outside of that time, you will be admitted as exhibition space allows.
• You are welcome to spend as much time in the exhibition as you like during your visit.
• Please double check the date and time you have selected as ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

• Can I buy tickets for a group?
  • Groups over 10 will automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout. You may purchase up to 30 tickets at a time. If you would like to purchase more tickets or discuss everything in more detail, please contact our Visitor Services Manager
• Do members get ticket perks?
  • Yes! Members receive a free ticket(s) based on their giving level. All members were sent a single-use discount code to the email address associated with their membership. For more information or if you did not receive your code, contact [email protected]
• Can I buy a membership and tickets together?
  • You must complete your membership purchase first. After purchasing your membership, you will receive an email containing a single-use discount code to redeem your tickets through our online portal. Please allow up to one business day to receve your code. 
• How do I get my tickets?
  • Your receipt will contain one QR code that will be used as your ticket(s). Simply present this QR code at the exhibition entrance for scanning to gain entry.
• Can I reschedule or refund my tickets?
  • No, we cannot reschedule or refund any ticket purchases. But if you have questions, please contact [email protected]
