Educator Summer Camp

DATE: Friday 7/17/26 TIME: 10:00am - 2:00pm

The BMA's first annual Educator Summer Camp is a two-day event designed to inspire teachers as they prepare for the school year ahead. There are multiple sessions to choose from on both days, with tentpole topics including:

Ways to support or introduce art as advocacy with students
Grant opportunities available to educators for school-wide initiatives (such as mural making)
Integrating math, science, and reading concepts into art curriculum
Introducing artists featured in the BMA's collection for inspiration in lesson plan/activity development
Fostering your own creativity as a busy educator (hello, open making time!)

Breakfast and light snacks will be provided on both days.
